Light plane crash near Theodore

UPDATE: Two passengers, a male and female in their 60s, were assessed by emergency crews on site.
The male patient refused transport to hospital, while the female was airlifted to Toowoomba Base Hospital in a serious but stable condition with head and leg injuries.
It is reported the plane flipped after suffering a heavy landing while trying to land on a property in Isla, south west of Theodore.

A Queensland Fire and Emergency Services spokesperson said the incident was reported at approximately 5.40pm this afternoon.
Initial reports suggest two people were on board the aircraft, and emergency services were unable to confirm extent of injuries until crews could arrive and assess the scene.
As of 7.40pm, emergency crews were still en route to the crash site.
